The App includes multiple types of content. A. Publicly Available Content: This type of content is published by The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as Gadgets (example, Act, Law etc) or Orders (SRO, GO etc) through respective Authorities. Respective Laws, Acts, SRO, GO are sourced from Government's Publicly provided websites of respective Authority (Ex. Ministry of Law, Finance Ministry, National Board of Revenue etc and their respective websites like http://bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd/laws-of-bangladesh.html, https://nbr.gov.bd, https://mof.gov.bd/site/view/law/Laws-&-Regulations etc) and derivative contents are SMAC's own analysis based on the Government Publication. This App presents such content in a more usable and readable manner for the end user without altering the content. B. Expert Analysis Based Content: TAX and VAT Experts from SMAC analyze various Acts, Laws, Policies etc time to time and such content can be distributed through this Application with proper arrangement with SMAC. Such Content of this Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such content without our written permission.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Please Note that TAXGuruBD is not affiliated with the Government of Bangladesh. SMACIT is a private limited company, incorporated in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994. SMACIT is a professional IT company providing software solutions & IT services in Bangladesh specializing in TAX, Financial and Human Resource Management solutions.

Data Deletion Request

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, please email us at info@smac-it.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Upon receiving your request, Smac IT will review and respond within 48 hours. We will communicate with you directly and proceed with handling your case in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Children's Privacy
